Guest Feedback Can Now Link Out to Your Review Sites
As a reminder, after activating feedback for your location, Gather automatically emails guests the day after their Confirmed or Closed event. Guest Feedback provides you the opportunity to personally thank customers for their business and ask about their experience.
To date, 15% of guests who submit positive feedback click out to one of the three review sites listed
Note: You can activate feedback on a per-location basis. If you have multiple locations and want to collect feedback from all of them, you have the opportunity to activate each one individually.
