Introducing Gather Guest Feedback

Feedback is an invaluable resource for any customer-centric business — that’s why we’re making it easier than ever to collect event feedback with Gather Guest Feedback!

After activating feedback for your location, Gather automatically emails guests the day after their Confirmed or Closed event, personally thanking them for their business and asking about their experience.

Guests have the opportunity to fill out a short survey outfitted with your logo and name:

Guest ratings and feedback are emailed to the booking owner and any other users of your choice. For easy access, feedback is stored and surfaced directly on the booking in Gather, and is counted in the Bookings Export for expanded reporting.
