Custom Reports, Documents, & Gather’s Mobile App:

Our team spent April focused on implementing some big updates to Gather! We just launched the first set of custom reports (many more to come) and added a new compact document layout option. We’re also releasing a new calendar feature in our mobile app, which should be available as an update in the next 2-3 weeks. As a reminder, we added a simple way for you to track how you’re sourcing your business with lead & booking tracking.

These updates will continue to streamline your process and provide actionable insights for you and your team. Read on for a detailed rundown of all our new releases:

Leads – Custom Report Builder

The leads custom report builder is the first of many reporting tools we’ll provide to slice and dice your data in new ways. We expect this to save you time, too. This new tool allows you to preview the output, download the custom report, and save it for future use. The best part is that you can do this all within the web page. This keeps you from spending excessive time filtering in outside reporting tools like Excel.

Documents – Compact Layout Option

The compact document option brings customer and event details together, condenses the setup “notes” and focuses more of the page space on the summary. In short, this means fewer pages to print and even more control over what you showcase.

Gather App – Calendar Update

In April, we finished up work on adding a brand new calendar to the mobile app. The calendar shows tentative and confirmed bookings — letting you stay up to date and connected to all your events away from the computer. Our update is pending approval on the iOS and Android app stores, which means you’ll have access to the new calendar within the next 2-3 weeks:

Tracking – Leads and Bookings

Don’t forget to check out our new lead tracking feature. Channels and campaigns offer a detailed look at where your business was sourced:

  • Channels: Categorize your outreach methods that brought you business
  • Campaigns: Drill into the exact event, site, or referral of your outreach effort
  • Segments and Event Types: Classify your bookings and leads as Corporate or Social
