They serve up handcrafted baked goods, along with menu items including hearth-baked pizza, sandwiches, and salads for lunch, and wood-fired entrees, appetizers and small plates for dinner. After years of steady growth, Pane Rustica moved to a larger space, and several years later added a lounge and two private event spaces. To help streamline their growing events business and meet their industry-specific needs, Pane Rustica turned to Gather to… Increased Organization Before Gather, Topher says Pane Rustica was keeping track of events with a designated book, and it wasn’t always easy to keep everyone on the same page. Thus, the Gather platform’s systems of both organization and communication helped keep him and his team in the loop. Ease of Access to Event Information Topher says that Gather has greatly assisted Pane Rustica’s staff in being able to easily access pertinent documents like menus. He adds that, if someone has a question for Topher and he’s out of the office, team members can simply log on to Gather via their phone or computer and pull up the menu to see if, for example, the chef needs to order something special for a particular event. More Approachable Logistics With other programs, Topher says it felt like he “couldn’t communicate what was important without having an MIT degree,” and there were program facets they simply didn’t need. With Gather, he says he doesn’t have to block off a large chunk of his schedule to plan and manage events, because inputting information and updates is simple.
