We know how important attracting new guests is to keep your business growing. Getting lead inquiries directly from your website is one of the easiest ways to drive new and repeat events business. With that in mind, we’re excited to announce the new Gather Lead Form will be available in the next two weeks!
Gather’s lead form easily integrates directly into your website, allowing all of your inquiries to flow straight into the lead section of your account. We’ve upgraded the look and feel of our lead form, and trimmed down the steps to make it easier for potential guests to submit requests. This means you’ll likely see even more leads from your site coming into Gather.
Gather’s new lead form will go from three pages to one, without compromising the important information you need to manage new event leads. While beta testing, we saw a 40% increase in lead inquires with customers using Gather’s new lead form on their website. Imagine what that could mean for your business.
We’ve also made the fields easier for guests to understand, leading to a simpler, faster experience. They’ll still fill out basic information like event details, contact information, how they heard about your venue and the nature of the event. From there, you’ll receive the request in Gather and get notifications on mobile and via email. No matter where you are, you can still respond instantly to any lead.
We know you’re getting as excited as we are! This update is likely going to boost your sales pipeline and provide a better experience for new and returning guests. That’s a win-win in our book.
If you already have Gather’s Lead Form on your website, sit tight! The lead form will automatically update in the next couple of weeks, and we’ll send a message in Gather letting you know to go check it out.
Some details on the specs: Gather’s new lead form will use your logo as the center image and the guest portal banner as your background image. For the best results, size your logo to 250 x 250 pixels and the background image to 920 x 220 pixels. If you have uniquely configured your lead form, reach out to your Client Success Manager or our support team to make sure the transition is seamless.

We sat down with Gentleman Design & Works, a multidisciplinary creative agency founded by Atlanta-based designers Bart Sasso and Roy Fleeman. They have 15 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, which allows for a unique perspective in crafting and cultivating memorable brands and guest experiences for clients. Basically, they are pros when it comes to all things restaurant design.
If you manage events, you know how time can simply disappear when you’re planning, organizing, and executing events. While events are a significant opportunity to bring in additional profits to your restaurant, what you may not realize is that not managing events wisely can leave you strapped for cash.
