As CEO, Nick drives the vision, strategy, and growth of Gather. Quickly after Gather was founded, it’s become the leading event management platform, and Nick has led Gather’s rise as the ultimate growth engine for hospitality businesses of all sizes. Prior to founding and leading Gather, Nick worked at Bain & Company focusing on tech, media, telecom, and private equity.
As CEO, Nick drives the vision, strategy, and growth of Gather. He focuses on building an exceptional team, supporting a value and mission-driven culture, and telling Gather’s story to our market through product messaging, vision and execution. Prior to founding Gather, Nick worked at Bain & Company focusing on technology and private equity.
As the Vice President of Marketing, Libby is the steward of Gather’s marketing and demand generation strategies. Leveraging hospitality insights, she is deploying a marketing approach that positions Gather as a world-class brand and suite of products for restaurants & venues looking to fuel their growth and delight their guests. Prior to Gather, Libby worked at Eventbrite, specializing in demand generation marketing.
As the Vice President of Product, Erik leads Gather’s product and marketplace teams. His goal is to build a hospitality platform to drive growth for clients and support exceptional guest experiences on Gather’s EVENTup.com marketplace. Prior to Gather, he led product at Experience to transform the way everyone attends and personalizes live events.
As the Vice President of Sales, Josh is focused on empowering small businesses and enterprises alike to streamline, manage and scale their events programs. Josh is committed to powering growth for Gather and building a team that provides exceptional customer experience through every touchpoint. Prior to joining Gather, Josh held leadership positions at Salesforce and G/O Digital.
As Vice President of Engineering, Daniel leads Gather’s software engineering and product delivery teams. Daniel’s goal is to bring engineering rigor and process to Gather’s products in order to ensure scalability as they grow in the marketplace. Prior to joining Gather, Daniel spent 15 years in the retail and hospitality software space in addition to serving as CIO/CTO for several growth-stage startups in Atlanta.
As the Vice President of Operations, Jennifer leads Gather’s Customer Experience and People Operations teams. Her focus is on building scalable processes and strong teams to create value for Gather’s employees and customers. Prior to Gather, Jennifer led technical support and content teams at nThrive.

As Vice President of Partnerships, Alex works with Gather’s partners to help us reach more restaurants & venues and connect Gather to our clients’ other mission-critical software systems. His aim is to simplify the events industry, making it easier for restaurants & venues to streamline, manage and grow their events programs. Prior to founding Gather, Alex worked at Bain & Company focusing on private equity.
Co-founder & Chief Architect
As Chief Architect, Tom drives Gather’s architectural roadmap with a focus on product stability and reliability and delivering modern software for our clients. Tom’s goal is to build and maintain Gather’s platform in order to drive growth for our clients. Prior to founding Gather, Tom worked at the intersection of policy, politics & technology in Washington, D.C.
